All gate receipts from District athletic events shall be transferred into the Athletic Facilities Capital Reserve Fund established with voter approval at District Referendum on July 14, 2020. The Athletic Facilities Capital Reserve Fund shall fund capital improvements, facility upgrades, plant maintenance, and capital equipment purchases for District athletic facilities.

The Board may seek to expend funds from the Athletic Facilities Capital Reserve Fund for these purposes with voter approval as required by State statutes.

The Athletic Director will determine the events at which gate receipts will be collected and will provide the staff to collect fees.
